The session in this workshop will provide opportunity for the participants to reflect on their own experiences and consider how they can apply the workshop insights to their teaching practice.
Towards the end of the workshop, we will have an open discussion for questions, sharing experiences and discussing any additional topics of interest.
This is for all migrant ECE teachers.
Through this series of workshops participants will:
- Gain a deep understanding of the cultural transitions migrant teachers undergo and how these experiences impact their teaching practice
- Learn about the values and belief migrant teachers bring with them and how these can enrich their educational environment.
- Reflect on their own teaching journey and set personal and professional goals that align with their teaching philosophy
- Engage in meaningful discussions with peers, share experiences and learn from each other’s insight.
