The Council is the organisation's governance group. Elected from the
membership, they provide strategic direction for Te Rito Maioha.
The Senior Leadership Team leads and manages all of Te Rito Maioha's activity.
Our academic staff are committed to teaching and supporting our tauira | students, both online and in-person from regional education centres all around Aotearoa New Zealand. Many are also involved with research to shape our education programmes, professional development and best practice in early childhood and primary education.
From our beginnings in 1963, Te Rito Maioha's life members have all demonstrated distinguished service in the cause of early childhood education and care.
