Carolyn has spent the past 14 years living and working in New Zealand after spending time in the UK, US and South Africa, where she was born.

Carolyn has dabbled in marketing but keeps coming back to her true passion, Human Resources. She was held a number of HR roles in both NZ and overseas, in the public and private sector. Her true passion is working with staff to help them reach their potential.

She is a parent to two tamariki, who have recently graduated from the ECE system. She understands first-hand the importance of quality early childhood education and her wish is for all New Zealanders to benefit from this experience.
