The Senior Leadership Team provides management and leadership on all of ECNZ's activities.

 

Chief Executive - Kathy Wolfe

Kathy believes strongly that every child in New Zealand deserves the highest possible quality early childhood education and is committed to strongly advocate this position on behalf of the organisation. 


General Manager Finance and Operations - Brent Denham

Brent brings financial and management expertise to Te Rito Maioha and has worked in the commercial, not-for-profit and government sectors both in Aotearoa New Zealand and Europe.


Pouhere Kaupapa Māori - Arapera Card

Arapera brings to the organisation the ability to work confidently not only within the Māori community but also across the diverse cultures that exist within the wide Auckland region.


General Manager Learner and Workforce Engagement - Nikki Parsons

Nikki has  extensive experience in teacher education, governance and leadership and has held leadership roles in several early childhood organisations. 


General Manager People and Capability - Carolyn Mitchell

Carolyn has held a number of HR roles in both NZ and overseas, in the public and private sector. Her true passion is working with staff to help them reach their potential.


  Director Teaching, Learning and Research - Rosina Merry

Rosina has worked in the early childhood sector many years, first as a teacher and then as a director of a large community childcare trust.
