Celebrating Aotearoa and the talent that we have – keeping it local
Whakanuia a Aotearoa me āna pukenga maha - Whakawhenuahia

Dates: Saturday 2 to Sunday 3 October, 2021

Time: Saturday 9am-8pm, Sunday 9am-3pm

Location: Vodafone Events Centre, 770 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland 2104

Planning is well underway for the 56th Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood conference to be held at the Vodafone Events Centre on the 2nd and 3rd October 2021.

After the isolation of recent times and the ongoing challenges we are all experiencing, the conference will be an exciting opportunity for us to get together to learn, share and network. Also, to celebrate the amazing depth of experience and professional expertise of our colleagues and peers within Aotearoa New Zealand.

Our keynote speakers and workshop presenters will focus on a range of pedagogical, practical and pastoral tools to help teachers and services problem solve, work together, and support each other, their tamariki and centre whānau.

Identifying needs and solutions, making new connections and forging ahead together in an evolving ECE landscape will be central to this conference.

We look forward to coming together to celebrate our local ECE talent and gain knowledge, new skills and inspiration at what’s going to be a great event.
