ECNZ is one of New Zealand’s largest producers of early childhood teachers and has a strong reputation amongst employers.
ECNZ specialises in qualifications for teacher and leaders in early childhood education.
Our programmes offer bicultural perspectives (indigenous and Western) which support cross cultural understanding and practice.
Because of our governance structure we have strong connections with early childhood services across New Zealand.
International interest in our ECE sector, particularly in Te Whāriki (the

During the selection process you will be required to participate in an interview with a member of the ECNZ academic staff.
It is really important to make your accommodation arrangements in New Zealand before you leave your home country.
Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood New Zealand has agreed to observe and
be bound by the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International

academic semester starts at the teaching site you will be attending.
